Hire the whole team, as one person

Design, web, mobile and backend are four hires at an agency and four invoices on your side. Here they're one conversation — which is why things ship in weeks rather than quarters.

What I take on

Four kinds of work, one owner

Each of these is proven by something in the portfolio you can open and use.

End-to-end product builds

An idea becomes something people can sign up for.

The full job: interface design, web app, mobile app, backend, payments, and the launch itself. This is the work I'm actually for — you describe the product, and one person builds all of it rather than four people building a quarter each.

  • Product and UI design from scratch
  • Web app in React / Next.js
  • iOS and Android from one decision, not two projects
  • Accounts, payments, admin, and the unglamorous parts
  • Launch, App Store review, and the first weeks after

Websites that do a job

A site that loads fast and converts, not a brochure.

Marketing sites, portfolios, and company sites where performance and search visibility are part of the build rather than a phase afterwards. Fixed-price tiers are on the Plans page, so you know the number before we talk.

  • Next.js or WordPress, chosen by who maintains it after
  • Technical SEO built in — schema, sitemaps, OG images
  • Real Core Web Vitals, not a Lighthouse screenshot
  • CMS setup so you can edit without calling me

Mobile apps, shipped to the store

Your app is in the App Store — not in review limbo.

Native SwiftUI where the platform matters and Flutter or React Native where reach matters. Getting an app built is the easy half; getting it through review and out to users is where most projects stall, so that's included.

  • SwiftUI, Flutter, or React Native
  • Offline, push, deep links, in-app purchase
  • App Store and Play Store submission handled
  • Companion marketing site where it helps

AI that earns its place

A feature that works, not a demo that impresses.

GlazeMe ↗Plant ScannerAI WhatsApp Chatbot

Bringing language models and vision into products where they genuinely improve the thing — generation, classification, conversational support — and being honest with you when a simpler solution would do the job better and cheaper.

  • LLM features inside real product flows
  • Conversational agents on web and WhatsApp
  • Vision and classification where it fits
  • Cost and latency budgeted before it ships
How it runs

Three steps, and no handoffs

The whole reason to hire one person instead of four is that nothing gets lost between them.

  1. We scope it down to what ships

One call to find the smallest version of your product that's still worth launching. Most briefs arrive twice as large as they need to be — cutting that is the highest-value hour of the project.

  2. I design and build it, in public

Design, frontend, backend, and mobile are one person's job here, so there's no handoff to lose things in. You see working software every week, not status updates.

  3. It goes live, and I stay on for the tail

Launch is where most freelance engagements end and most problems start. App Store review, DNS, analytics, the first bug reports — that's part of the build, not a change request.

1.Why one person instead of an agency?

An agency puts a designer, a frontend dev, a backend dev, and a project manager between you and the product — and most of your budget goes to the coordination between them. I do all four roles, so the design decisions and the build decisions get made by the same person on the same day. For a product under roughly six months of work, that's faster and cheaper. Past that, you should hire a team, and I'll tell you so.

2.What if I need mobile and web?

That's the normal case, not the exception. MadeInPK runs on iOS, Android and web; GlazeMe and FaceMeQuiz ship on iOS with companion sites. Building both from one codebase decision is exactly where a single end-to-end developer saves you the most.

3.How do I know you'll actually finish?

Every project in the portfolio with a link next to it is live right now — you can open it and use it. That's the check I'd want too. The unlinked ones are client-internal and I can walk you through them on a call.

4.What do you need from me to start?

A clear idea of who the product is for, any brand assets you already have, and about an hour a week. I don't need a spec document — writing one is usually part of the first week's work.

5.What does it cost?

Fixed-price website builds start at $499 and are listed on the Plans page. Full product builds — anything with accounts, payments, or a mobile app — are quoted per project after the scoping call, and typically land between $4,000 and $20,000 depending on how much ships in v1. You get that number after one call, not three.

6.Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch?

Yes — the Care Plan is $300 a month and it's optional on every tier. It covers hosting, domain and SSL renewals, monthly security and dependency updates, uptime monitoring, weekly offsite backups, a monthly Core Web Vitals and Search Console check, and up to four hours of content or design changes. It's month to month, so you can cancel any time. Plenty of clients don't take it and just email me when something needs doing — that's fine too, it's billed hourly instead.

7.Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes, and it's often the better first engagement. Picking up someone else's project tells you more about how I work than a greenfield build does.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the product in a couple of sentences. I'll tell you what it actually takes to launch it — and if it's outside what I should be doing, I'll say that too.
